Default How to Randomize Files?

I want to be able to select random music files from the various directories
for downloading to MP3 player. I like to listen to different types of music.
It is boring to hear the same type of songs. Here are the steps:

1. Select a directory (c:\My Music), which has many subfolders
2. Randomize all the files (*.MP3)
3. Select files from the top until the total is up to player capacity (125
Mb), i.e. selectable variable
4. Copy selected files directly to MP3 player or to some temp directory
(C:\My Music\To MP3) for manual loading after
5. Mark selected files (create list of those files), so the next time these
files are excluded from the another selection.

I could do steps 1 to 3, and 5 but then I have to manually load music
file-by-file from the randomized list, which is a pain.

Can any smart person create a simple program where one would select "Load
from...", "Total download size" and the "Run".

I am sure that this utility would be appreciated by millions of people.

Thank you very much

Jan
