Default Excel Active X Support

Hi All,

1. How can I disable the Excel activex in the browser
so each time the user will click on xls href the original excel application
will be opened
by the browser and not in browser active x will show the results


2. If i put http://myserver/myfile.xls in the browser the active x does
not showing the save menu option
only save as


Please advise.
