Default how can i set up a mail routing better

I send a lot of Excel worksheets to companies and generally these sheets
contain micros which send the completed worksheet back to me. When the
company recieves the email a message pops up asking them if they want to
enable micros. How can i avoid them having to see this screen?

Secondly, The micro is set up so that when they fill out a form and click
the "OK" button that the micro creates an email to the next person on the
routing list. And then a message pops up that tells the user that they
should save the workbook before they send it. how can i avoid this screen?
