I read on CPearson's site that you can use the /Safe commandline option
for excel to load into safe mode. are there any other commandline options? |

![]() Search in help (Answer Wizard) for Command line and it will give you few. I know there are more at a microsoft site, I just don't have i at home. I cannot find that info in either the Excel or VBA help.

Search help for "startup" and you'll get a topic called

In Excel's Help, look for: Customize how Excel starts
