Default copying page with VBA

In my vba code, I have successfully gotten it to copy a worksheet. However,
I have tried to move the routine to a spot later in the code. I have saved
the code. But everytime I test it, the routine moves to its original
location. Any idea why?

As always, copy/paste your code here. Do NOT attach a workbook.
