Default Auto Update

Hello! Could anyone please help me. I have this worksheet called
"rplan.xls" that automatically updates with new data from other worksheets
and this worksheet have two macros that formats range cells called "Month"
and "Year" base on the new data. My problem is how can make these two macros
run after the worksheets has been updated? Thank you very much in advance
for the help.
