Editing Module thru VBA
I have a file that is created from a TXT file and formatted thru VBA. Using a
template is not an option. I read that I could insert a module and add code to it from VBA. I plan to add a series of User-defined Functions in the new module. Documentation seems to be scarce. -- Alan |

Why not just create an add-in for you VBA, lot simpler than adding code on
the fly. -- HTH RP "MacroAlan" wrote in message ... I have a file that is created from a TXT file and formatted thru VBA. Using a template is not an option. Editing Module thru VBA
I have a monster add-in that turns a TXt file into a huge XLS with lots of
calculations and summaries. I need to add a module to the resulting file so that the new functions can run stand-alone. It looks like Tom's reference to the Pearson web has what I need. Thanks everyone! "Bob Phillips" wrote: Why not just create an add-in for you VBA, lot simpler than adding code on the fly. -- HTH RP "MacroAlan" wrote in message ...
