How to protect several columns and allow refresh query
In Excel 2003 I am trying to protect a worksheet (that gets data from a oracle database) depending on a user. There are two users. One ma only look but needs to be able to use filters and be able to refres data. The other needs to be able to do the same but also be able t update several columns with data. It appears I can do most but somehow I cannot get the refresh to work when it is protected. Is there an exception like the filte (AllowFiltering:=True) for refresh dat -- Beren ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Berend's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=1525 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=26882 |
