Default Automatic change for time constraint

Dear all,

I have asked some people to achieve my case which is specify in belo
file.
However, the overnight shift problem cannot be solved. See shift C1, a
it start at 19:30 and need pass through 00:00 which will increase th
value from 0 again.
Consider a period 00:00-00:15, the shift cover this period, it howeve
turn out is 0 which you can see in my file. Any loop can help to d
this?
Thank yo
