So the trick was looking at the correct cells and testing for 1 instead of
MP? There is no difference between Left(rng,1) = "A" and Mid(rng,1,1)="A" except that it takes longer to type the second one. -- Regards, tom Ogilvy "Kevlar" wrote in message ...
