Default password protecting macros

I want to password protect the macros without giving an error while doing
"save as".
One way of protecting the password is to go to tools- macros-visual basic
editor . in the new screen again go to tools-propeties- protection, and
give the password here. But one cannot do "a save as" if the password
protection is enabled.
Is there any other way to protect the project as weel as to do a" save as"?

Thanks in advance,
Saju
