Default password protecting macros

Not using VBA protection I don't think. Excel isn't all that secur
anyway.

I want to password protect the macros without giving an error whil
doing
"save as".
One way of protecting the password is to go to tools- macros-visua
basic
editor . in the new screen again go to tools-propeties- protection
and
give the password here. But one cannot do "a save as" if the password
protection is enabled.
Is there any other way to protect the project as weel as to do a" sav
as"?

Thanks in advance,
Saj
