Default Union across multible worksheets

It's easy to "Union" ranges w/in a sheet but I can't figure out how to do so
with ranges in multiple sheets. I keep getting a 1004 error. It seems to work
only with the active sheet.

Help

Default Union across multible worksheets

Union returns a range.

Ranges are limited to single sheets.
