Default In Excel 2000 can you write VBA code to pull data from a webpage?

What kind of data? Is it organized data, like in a table on the page?
Try the external data feature of Excel: menu Data Import (or Get) External
Data New Web Query.
Check also the saved web queries and see if something might fit your needs.
