Default Extract a table from Crystal Reports into EXCEL

Rather than try to extract data from Crystal Reports, I would try getting
access to the original data and pulling it into the spreadsheet using MS
Query or an ODBC link. My somewhat limited experience with Crystal Reports
is that Crystal doesn't store values, but takes them from a different source
and makes them look good.

I expect to be receiving tabular date in a Crystal Report but I need to
create an EXCEL SS from the table data. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I
don't have any files to play with yet.
