Default copy only from a cell with data in it

I have a sheet with data set in a single row. here is what i need
hopefully i write it right.

example cells a1-z1 aa1-az1 ba1-bz1

not all cells have info but say a1-a5 have info a6 is blank so i nee
to check ab6, if it has info i need to copy it, if not i need to go t
ba6 to see if it has data, if it does copy it. After i have copied th
data i need to start back at the next cell a7 in this example and g
thru the cycle again until i get to the end z1 in this case. This inf
will be pasted onto another sheet transposed from a row to a column (sa
sheet2 , c1 in this case).

Thanks for the help
Joe
