Default highlighting rows and columns using a condition

Hello,
I've a code that highlights the active cell row and column, but th
problem is when the code is running the formatting of the other cell
ie the given set of colors to a range of cells changes and i have t
remove the code and format the cells again. Any help would be greatl
appreciated.
Tx in advance
