![]() Actually, I have a question about changing it around a little. That seems to b really slowing down the book. I have to put that code in effect abou 400 times almost. Basically, here is what I am doing. I have a shee (OT_avail) that has a list of timeslots with a number directly below i (C14-R14 <-- just 1 row of about 63 rows). And these rows are als being shown on another sheet (wk1Mon) in the book. On page (wk1Mon the timeslots are showing as well as the availability from shee (OT_avail). There is an additional row on this sheet that the perso will select YES or NO from, and if they select YES, then I need th corresponding box on the OT_avail sheet to be updated. If it would b easier to just create a macro to do them all at once, instead of a pag update, then I can work on that. But I need it to update all the value correctly without slowing down the book extremely. Basically, I work i an office where we have over 1200 employee's and I am trying to automat the Overtime signup process as doing it by hand is a very long process. Any way to automate it will be great. So any help provided is greatl appreciated.
