EXCEL 97: Count Conditional Formatting?
use count or countA

EXCEL 97: Count Conditional Formatting?
My interpretation of conditional formatting applied was that the conditions
specified in at least one of the conditional formatting conditions is being meet and some formatting is being applied. Norman's is that the cells have been formatted with conditional formatting.
