If using outlook express, use the file search feature and find the .dbx file
for this group. Copy it to another location (or delete it).

Thanks I am using Outlook Express. If I delete whole file what about my
required posts? I need to keep them for future referance. There is so much
info in this NG that to search again will be a dificult. So I want to delete
posts while keeping the useful posts.
Thanks,

Use Google to search Malcom

You can search in the Excel groups
http://groups.google.com/advanced_gr...=group:*Excel*

Or use My Google Add-in if you search a lot
