It appears I am filling variables based on different items
in a form. When I am finished making changes to the form
(selecting different radio buttons and completing text
boxes, the variables display the correct information.

However, when I go back to the code (which is contained
within a sheet in spreadsheet), all of the variables are
empty or blank.

I can't figure out why this is happening. Any
suggestions? Thanks for the help.
