Default Time format

Can anyone help. I would like to be able in input into
cells e.g 123456789 and it would display 12:34:56.789 and
be reconised as being in time format. Also a short
version is required i.e. 1234567 would be 12:34:56.7
reconised as a time format.

Try the QDE addin at Ron de Bruin's site:

http://www.rondebruin.nl/qde.htm

if it doesn't do all that you want, send him an email and maybe they will
revise it for you.
