Help w/ Vlookup or similar
Is it possible to get the row number instead of the cell value back from a
vlookup? The situation: 1 - State A 2 - County 1 3 - City a 4 - City b 5 - City c 6 - County 2 7 - City a 8 - City b 9 - City c I need to capture the row number of the County associated with the City. For example row 9 contains City c and the the County row for City 2c is 6 - however, it another city is added to Count1, the county row changes to 7. How can I capture this dynamic change as the cities are added / deleted? TIA Glen |
