Default using Database in EXCEL ?

working with data in excel i store data in lists, and if i want to ge
some data from lists i must to use for ...to..do to check each row fo
my specified conditions....


it is possible to use any normal database in excel, where i can use sq
statement ?

but maybe you know any links like

using ado with access db in excel step by step
or ado in excel step by step

i cant find any normal full tutorials, only examples,



at this point i want to ask, what is better to choose, microsoft quer
or to use ADO

Excel 2002 VBA by Bullen, Green, Rosenberg and Bovey has a good section on
the use of ADO.
