Default Bitmaps on User Forms...can you make it a jpeg????

I have a workbook that has 200 user forms. Some of them (about 40
display pictures of products. I am using jpeg but the control propert
says bitmap. Is this just a default word for excel or is it making th
picture a bitmap even tho i used a jpeg? My problem is that the fil
is so big that it is difficult to email and I am looking for ways t
decrease the size.

Anyone know anything about the default insertion properties for exce
user forms....is there something I can change??

Thank you for any suggestions
