Default Protected Projects

Anyone know how to unlock a VBA Project Programatically?
I am trying to write a patch to automatically update a
workbook that has gone out to loads of people but needs an
extra piece of code adding.

I want to issue them a "patch" that when you click a
button, opens their workbook, unlocks the project and adds
the new code. My only stumbling block is getting the
project unlocked. The rest is ok!

I know the password on the project but can't seem to find
a way to unlock the it
Thanks
