Default Update cell selection of embedded worksheet in Word

I have an embedded Excel worksheet in a Word template. In the workshee
I have a macro (triggered by the user) which inserts or deletes rows i
the worksheet. The problem is that in the Word document the botto
rows are not shown if new rows were inserted, or blank rows appear a
the bottom of rows were deleted.
Is there any way to "resize" the cell selection of the embedded object
(I know the user can do this manually by dragging the edges of th
object, but I mean automatically.)

Thanx for any help,
Nic
