Default running a webquery after every 5 secs

hi,

i have a webquery which i want to run automatically in excel after every 5
secs. what i want to know is where do i attach the code so that it runs
automatically every 5 secs using the

Application.OnTime Now + TimeValue("00:00:05"), "my_Code"

is it in an Auto_Open Macro, or ThisWorkbook or any
Worksheet_SelectionChange or Worksheet_Change events???

I would appreciate if somebody could point out where i am going wrong & what
needs to be done to run it automatically every 5 secs without USer
intervention.

Rgds,

Eijaz
