Default How to imput " " (quotes) in to your cells

Hi there,
I'd like to input " " (quotes sign) in to cells as
string, for example "Hello there", how to do this through
VBA?
Also, I also want to input "=" (equal sign) into the
cells too. How to do this.
Thanks
Lee
