How to imput " " (quotes) in to your cells

Hi there,
I'd like to input " " (quotes sign) in to cells as
string, for example "Hello there", how to do this through
VBA?
Also, I also want to input "=" (equal sign) into the
cells too. How to do this.
Thanks

Demo'd from the immediate window:

Activecell.Value = """Hello there"""
? activeCell.Value
"Hello there"

to put double quotes in a string, use two double quotes.

If you want to put a formula in a cell

ActiveCell.Formula = "=Sum(A1:A10)"
