Hi,
I am trying to do something quite simple yet I can't seem to figure out how. I am trying to programmatically change the background of the tag of one of the data points on the graph. For example I have a bar chart (in PowerPoint) with number of apples, oranges and lemons and I want to highlight Oranges. Any help would be soooo appreciated. Thanks |

I doubt that Excel users use MS Graph. They do their charts with Excel. But I
could be wrong. On 12 Aug 2004 16:37:14 -0700, (Frenchie) wrote: Hi, I am trying to do something quite simple yet I can't seem to figure out how. Myrna's right, of course. I use Excel for all of my charts, even the
charts that ultimately reside in Word or PowerPoint. But if you want to do it manually, it's probably the same technique in either case. Perhaps first you could clarify what chart element you mean by "tag"? - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Peltier Technical Services Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com/ _______ Frenchie wrote: Hi, I am trying to do something quite simple yet I can't seem to figure out how. I am using a realy complex macro and the graph is created in
PowerPoint it would be complicated to explain but it's preaty much imposible at this point to create the graphs in Excel. Now I am stuck with PowerPoint files and I must change the forecolor of the object that contains the name of the column. I realy hope someone knows how to do that. If not I have a serious problem :-) Mike Myrna Larson wrote in message . .. I doubt that Excel users use MS Graph. They do their charts with Excel. But I could be wrong.
