Menu/toolbars/macros defined in Excel 2003 not working in other versions?

Menu/toolbars/macros defined in Excel 2003 not working in other versions?

Sir:

I cannot find any *.clb files in the C:\Documents an
Settings\aiyer\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel folder.

Any suggestions?
