Default excel macro help

1. Look for "Total by Group"
2. from this location, go from 21 cells down all the
way to top - delete eg.147, 168 to top R[-21]C
3. select all , format cells - alignment, remove
merge cells
4. delete I and F
5. Autofilter B on blanks and delete from Row 2 to end
6. Show All
7. autofilter C blanks and delete Row 2
8. Show All
9. Column C sort in descending
10. Create heading for each row..A="Name" etc

How can I code this?
