Default Look up problem

I am using a lookup to have a user enter a part number in one cell and have
the lookup place a price in another cell. the problem i am having is I want
to be able to use the price it puts in an auto sum to calculate total price
but it wont do it because the formula is what is in the cell insted of the
price???? is there an easier way to do what i want.

Hi Delton,

Have you tried this?

The sum of formula cells is normally the sum of the returned formula
values.
