You could implement a Worksheet_Change event macro, but personally speaking,
it would drive me nuts in short order. Assuming a "record" comprises 3 or 4 columns, and I want to change all of them, I sure wouldn't like the row to move after I've changed just the first one. I would prefer a buttom to click to resort, and that button already exists on the standard toolbar.
