Default Freeze Table

I wish to be able to create a list in excel (of course)
where there is a header a range of rows (about 20) and then
a footer at the end of the list.

What i need though is that the header and the footer will stay constant
and the data is what will scroll with the scroll bar.

is this possible if so how.

Thanks Again

Default Freeze Table

Hi
for the header:
- goto the cell directly below your heading row
- goto 'Windows - Freeze Panes'

For freezing the footer: Not possible in Excel
