Default Device I/O Error

Recently I've been getting a "Device I/O Error" when testing code with the
VBA editor window open.
If I close the window the error doesn't happen.

Any Ideas why this may be happening?

Windows 2000
Excel 2000

Thanks!

Bob Howard
