Default Cost Transfer System

Hi ng
Using mix of xl 2002 and 2003

Need to develop a multi-user cost transfer system for tracking cost
over multiple cost centers throughout the enterprise

Eash user would be responsible for entering quantities to b
transfered.

Price book administration would be centralized for update an
maximizing b2b data xchange

Each user would link to update individual pricebooks prior to start o
transfer

Need to use xl as that is what is on all pc's (Must keep TCO low)

Large production and warehousing done from main center to allocate t
smaller centers, but flexibility need exist to transfer(TJE) from an
unit to any other unit

System should allow for raw material transfer as well as finishe
product transfer, case cost transfer as well pieces or units

Has anyone come across an xl system that would accomplish this goa
before I begin from ground zero
