Default Out of Memory Message

Hello,

When I try to open the VBA Editor in Excel I get a
Microsoft Visual Basic warning of "Out of Memory". When I
open the workbook I can enable the macro and it works
fine, I can record and run new macros on a machine with
512M of memory. I have increased the virtual memory and
closed all unnecessary programs as suggested by "Help".
Also, I could use the VBA editor yesterday but not today.
Lastly, when I try to open the editor in Access, Word and
Outlook, I get no response. I did have a problem with a
tool reference this morning which may have contributed to
the the problem I there any thing I can try to open up
the VB Editor?
