COM Addin in C#

I am making a COM addin for Excel in C#. Followed by the wizard, i create a project.
Everything is working fine after i run the setup problem for my addin. But when i run it in the debug mode, Excel doesn't load my add-in.

Even more, when Excel loads my add-in, it doesn't appear in the COM Add-in dialog. What is the problem?
