Default Display a range fullscreen

How can I use the WorkBook_Open Event to
force a range (say "A1:N60") to display fullscreen
when the workbook opens, please?

There is only one sheet in the book.

I've tried manually using ViewFullScreen, but
this seems to obliterate the toolbars.

Regards.
