=SUMPRODUCT(--(Sheet1!A1:A100<=--("2004/05/05")),--(Sheet1!A1:A100=--("2004
/05/01"))) -- HTH Bob Phillips ... looking out across Poole Harbour to the Purbecks (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "SemiClueless " wrote in message ... Hi all, I'm so confused. I have a 2 sheet worksheet. Sheet 1 contains data based on the document information and the date they were received (Each document is entered in a new row and therefore, the same date is usually entered more than once), Sheet 2 contains a weekly report. In Sheet 2, I need to count the total number of documents received between a specified period. eg: Sheet 1, column A, will have dates ranging from 01/01/04 to 01/07/04 (dd/mm/yy) and I only want to count the number of documents received between 01/05/04 & 05/05/04. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks heaps. --- Message posted from http://www.ExcelForum.com/ |
