Default Online Resources for Speeding Up Code

Does anyone have any great links with advice on speeding up VBA code ?

For example I have found http://www.cpearson.com/excel/optimize.htm
and it is pretty good.

Charles Williams has some information on his web site:

I think he focuses more on making the worksheet formulas more efficient,
but that's part of it.
