Merge cells, Wraptext & Protect
I'm trying to do this to a worksheet, not with a form.
Take a sample range .... C20: L50. I wish to achieve the following: 1. User can only start entering their data in C20 (so when the sheet displays, remaining cells are locked?) 2. Having done so, they can press Enter to return to C21, or indeed access any other cell in the range. And then they will find that from wherever they then begin entering data (mainly text) that as soon as it will not display fully within the limits of cols C:L, that it wraps into the next row, starting in col C. The same wrapping is needed if user follows 1) and just continues to type regardless. If this is not so easy with a worksheet situation, then please do not waste effort, and tell me to use a form, or?. The user can Cancel, in which case the original is preserved. with the amended changes being "reset". If they Save, then the copy will be stripped of all code and marked as Read Only. Any help with any of the above is much appreciated. Regards. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
