Default Opening multiple text files

I need a macro to open around 30 comma-delimited text
files. I plan to have the macro prompt the user to select
the files to be opened but have the macro select the text
parameters (comma delimited) instead of the user having to
specify the parameters 30 times. After the files are
opened, the macro will combine the files into a single
sheet. I know how to do that step. It's the opening that
I can't figure out.

Thanks in advance for any help with this. I also welcome
any ideas for opening and combining the files in a single
step.

By the way, what is the limit of the number of workbooks
that can be opened at the same time?
