Default Application coding in Web Browser

Hi folks,

Hope someone can help with this one.

I've got a workbook that has various macros including ones
like

Application.cutcopymode etc

These all work fine if the file is launched with Excel.

However the problem comes because the file is on the web
and when launched from there it runs within the web
browser and it fails at this code.

Any ideas how to resolve this ?

Would the file need to be downloaded to their PC first
then ran from Excel ?

TIA for the help.

Regards

Craig.
