Default Prevent drag copy

Is it possible to deactivate the drag and copy function so that a use
cannot copy values and drag them to the next 3 rows over. I hav
already deactivate drag and drop and that still leaves a hole for user
to manipulate the spreadsheet.

Have you tried deselecting "Drag and Drop" in Tools - Options - Edit?

What Private Sub would deactivate the AutoFill fuction in a workbook.
