Default Office 2000 Programming with Office 2003

I am developping a project which needs to be compatible with Office 2000,
although i do not own Office 2000 Developper. How might i go buy getting the
Object Libraries needed for Office 2000?

Default Office 2000 Programming with Office 2003

You should install office 2000 and do your development there.

The object libraries are in the basic office application. Nothing special
about Office 2000 developer from that aspect.

It is always best to develop using the oldest copy of Excel where the
application has to operate.

I found the Object Library on the CD for Excel Excel9.OLB, can i simply use
it as a reference or must i actually install Office 2000?

I think to get the benefit of developing and testing in xl2000, you would
need to install it.

I Guess i will uninstall my Office 2003 and then install 2000 and 2003 over
it!
