Default The macro 'xxx' can not be found

Hi Joe,
Check you haven't got the same macro or macros with the same name in different open or linked workbooks.

where xxx is the name of my XL macro. Does anyone know what causes this? I ahve copied and pasted the code between workbooks and it seems to work for a while and then I get this message again.

Thanks,
