Default Beginner seeking Excel VB String answer

I've taken a Wordpad file and opened it w/ Excel.

Want to search down cells in column 1 Sheet 1 for a specific string
"blah",
delete entire row w/ "blah" in string, and move onto next string fo
the length of the Excel file
